F/24/5'6" [210lbs > 173lbs = 37lbs] (3.5 months) i wore the same shirt to the gym today to see if i noticed any changes. I highly recommend it if you feel like you look the same even when the scale is moving. We got this!

F/40/5'6" [230lbs > 161lbs = 69lbs] (3 years) From couch to stage! 3 weeks out from my 1st UFE Bodybuilding Comp. High rep strength training x 5 days and tons of cardio. CICO, strict diet from trainer. Never could have imagined feeling this amazing a few years ago, so much growth in mind & body!
