M/25/5'11 [273 > 169] (3 1/2 years) this isn’t my lowest or highest weight I got up to 286, at my lowest I was a bit too low and still "skinny fat", but I took this photo the other day and realized I’m finally looking a bit healthier with lifting and bulking up.

M/25/5'11 (100Kg > 82Kg = 18kg [40lbs]) 5 Months of IF, 3-5 days/week of Jogging + inconsistent full body workouts. I thought I had no pictures of my highest weight but then I happened upon this old passport photograph.

M/30/5'11"[190<194=4lbs] (about 1 year) similar weight, different body fat composition. Just slowly changed to better diet, and tried 30 minutes of exercise per day. Not nearly as impressive as most of the other post, but I’m still happy with the changes.
