F/21/165cm [80kg > 65kg = 15kg] july 2019 vs january 2020 vs august 2020. In the middle pic I was actually at 62kg, but I decided to start working out 5-6 days a week (recently added weights) so the 3kg I gained is just healthy muscle. I’m very happy about my transformation
