M/25/5'11 [273 > 169] (3 1/2 years) this isn’t my lowest or highest weight I got up to 286, at my lowest I was a bit too low and still "skinny fat", but I took this photo the other day and realized I’m finally looking a bit healthier with lifting and bulking up.
