M/36/6'0 [260lbs < 271lbs = +11lbs] (10 total years between pics, but really 1.5yrs of working out) I had to put the scale away to finally start seeing some results.
(8months) horrible knee injury in 2006 I gave up on life

M/39/6'3" [199.9kgs -> 147.9kgs = 52kgs] (8months) horrible knee injury in 2006 I gave up on life, finally had the knee fixed and setup a squat rack, dumbbells in garage and got back into cardio and golf. Still 30-40kg to go but happier.
