7months. Bulk/recomp from 194 to 205 and cut from 205 to 196

M/20/6'2" [194lbs > 196lbs = 2lbs] 7months. Bulk/recomp from 194 to 205 and cut from 205 to 196. Saw best results from FST-7 training program. Last picture is from May

I have been up and down over the years so this round I am down from 245ish about 6 months ago
