The picture on the left is what inspired me to change, and here I am almost a year later only 10 LBS away from my goal weight!! Some days are still hard, so this comparison really put things into perspective for me
I did intermittent fasting and only ate between the hours of 1PM-7PM and mostly focused on macros as opposed to calories. I also did weight lifting and cardio about 4-5x a week, and then daily yoga!
