M/28/5'9" [158lbs > 181lbs = 23lbs] From July 2019 to December 2020. I stopped working out in December 2019 and just started again in November 2020. Today I beat my push-up record hitting 50 in one set!
I’ve been in this group for a couple months but I wanted to wait until I had a decent amount of progress before posting

M/23/5’9”[335lbs>277lbs=58lbs] I’ve been in this group for a couple months but I wanted to wait until I had a decent amount of progress before posting. Started working out in May of this year and already down almost 60 lbs in a little over six months. My final goal is around 200lbs.
