M/45/5'11" [95kg > 86kg = 9kg] (2 years) I regularly workout, usually in the morning, at home. Lifting weights and using exercise bands. In last two years I’ ve bulked and cut few times in range 84kg to 96kg. Now I maintain around 86-87kg.
