Her first major fitness transformation happened in 2015 when she split from ex-husband Lamar Odom. “The gym was my only refuge. I could put music on and dance around with my girlfriends and be silly,” she told Cosmo.

And now, since giving birth to her daughter True, Khloé’s already working out and getting back to what’s now her lifestyle. Her routine now includes hitting the gym five to six times per week, where she’ll box, lift, and do circuit training.
