F/30/5'3" [140s > 115lbs = over 25lbs!] Lost my grad school weight! ππ»π Maintained this for a month or so. I think this is my true weight now. Can’t wait to lift heavier to shape my body!

F/21/5'3" [95 < 135 = 40] (28 months) I posted a picture before of my ED recovery, but I wanted to share another picture from the beginning of my recovery to now. It doesn’t look like a huge difference but I’m 4 sizes bigger and a lot stronger!
