F/20/5'5” [204 - 168 = 36] lost just over 80 in total now. Paper-Towel-Effect is really great, I’m noticing every 5lbs now! This suit was too small.. Now it fits.. Can’t wait for it to be too big hahah
I’m eating about 1200 cal a day, trying to eat “healthy” and just avoid really processed foods (boxed dinners, cheap cheese, candy) and cut out casual drinking. And I don’t really drink anything with calories in it anymore! That was huge.
I also am constantly falling in love with new exercises, so I do weight training once a week (covid permitting) and do 20-30 minutes of at-home cardio a day, along with yoga if I remember. My newest thing is running! 24km a week, running or jogging.
