F/27/5'10" [325lbs > 269lbs = 56lbs] (4 months) I was here last year losing weight, I got down to 279ish then fell off the wagon and gained every lb back. Happy to say I’m back, and doing even better than last year. (Down another 4 lbs since pic for a total of 60 lbs)
