RNY 27th Jan this year. Has been tough but don’t regret a thing. The loose skin isn’t great but at least I can actually breathe and move now!

F/33/5’3” [181lbs > 160lbs] About 7 months jogging daily. Was almost 200lbs last Dec. Shirt hangs loose now so I held it to see the difference.
[2.5 Weeks] Gained weight in quarantine

F/31/5'3’’ [183lbs > 180lbs= 2-3 pounds] [2.5 Weeks] Gained weight in quarantine. Not looking at the scale to avoid unhealthy dieting habits, but I can already feel a difference in my face. 1200 calorie diet, no eating between 7pm and 10 AM, 10,000 steps per day.

F/20/5'3 [165lbs>135lbs=30lbs] (9mo) I knew I had gained and lost some weight in the last two years, but until these popped up in my snap memories I had no idea just how much I really changed. First picture is from this day last year and the second is from the end of September this year.
