Results of the Chloe Ting 2 Week Shred! I know this isn’t as dramatic as the other pictures on here, but I’m still so incredibly proud of myself for sticking with it the whole way through. I’m nowhere near done my fitness journey, but this is a solid start!

From my highest weight of 234lbs I am down 71lbs but have gotten serious in the last 100 days and this is the outcome! Still 33lbs to go but I will get there!
