Gained weight in quarantine. Not looking at the scale to avoid unhealthy dieting habits, but I can already feel a difference in my face. 1200 calorie diet, no eating between 7pm and 10 AM, 10,000 steps per day.

(9mo) I knew I had gained and lost some weight in the last two years, but until these popped up in my snap memories I had no idea just how much I really changed. First picture is from this day last year and the second is from the end of September this year.

This time last year vs this year. It’s subtle, but I felt so gross in the first pic. Probably because I was eating like a maniac. Cut out lots of junk food and started weightlifting more routinely.

I found a photo of myself from a year ago. So proud of my face gains! Still a way to go but low carb, portion control and my peloton bike has helped me get here! So proud of everyone on their journey. It isn’t easy but we are doing it!!
