I’m actually heavier in the before, but I’m focusing on the weight I’ve lost since attempting to reverse my type 2 (7/1/20). Doing IF and eliminating all processed carbs. Hope to get under 200 by 2/16/21!

plus the 14lb I lost before I was brave enough to take a before picture so 40lb lost total! Just 15lb more and I’m a healthy weight!

This is my first time posting a full length comparison. Please be kind to an old lady. No surgery, changed my attitude from negative to positive, counted calories, prioritized exercise, prioritized myself. This thread constantly inspires and motivates me.

(22 months) Gained after becoming a paraplegic. Lost it once I got in the mind set that I needed to be happy and healthy again. I am now up to 220lbs after having a baby so keen to get back to my weight loss journey!
