Pink does all kinds of impressive things onstage (like this high-flying acrobat situation), which means she needs to be in incredible shape to perform.

Her trainer, Jeanette Jenkins helped her reach optimal fitness with circuits that included: jogging, sprinting, pushups, and Pilates core moves.

But Pink revealed in a Instagram post that she doesn’t let the scale determine how she feels about herself—being strong is her goal.
