(4 months) Quarentine project: Not the craziest transformation, but managed to turn my skinnyfat into mostly pure muscle thru calisthenics and dumbbell curls. Pretty happy with the outcome.

(1~ year/3 months sober) I’m SO close to 100lbs lost, but my body is not budging though after this recent cut period. Patience is a virtue as they say, so I’m going back into maintenance for a few weeks before I start to cut again. Really proud of how far I’ve came so far!
