(8months) horrible knee injury in 2006 I gave up on life, finally had the knee fixed and setup a squat rack, dumbbells in garage and got back into cardio and golf. Still 30-40kg to go but happier.

(1.5 years) Still have to keep going beyond this but it is a goal that I was working hard to get to. If I can make it this far then I can make it to 220lbs. The motivation and energy I have now is insane!

(18 months: last 4 months from 118 to 90) I’ve never felt this good about my body in my entire life. Finally seeing green on the bmi scale, experiencing face gains, feeling great altogether.
