Started November 2018, ketogenic diet and OMAD, no exercise until 175lbs (roughly 9 months) and then started training a bit, been floating around 168lbs-175lbs since mid 2019. Crazy what a change in mindset can bring.

Took more or less than 4 months. The first time I lost a lot of weight was in 2017 where I went from 320lbs to 220lbs(sorry I don’t have pictures)due to drug abuse and depression. So this time I decided to do it with exercise and dieting and I’ve never felt better.
