M/30/5'11"[190<194=4lbs] (about 1 year) similar weight, different body fat composition. Just slowly changed to better diet, and tried 30 minutes of exercise per day. Not nearly as impressive as most of the other post, but I’m still happy with the changes.

M/45/5’7” [142 lbs-142 lbs = 0]. 10 year progress from ages 35 to 45. Lots of ups and downs in between, but finally close to where I want to be.
